Cornell’s published page includes this individual consignor provision:
Consignors--all unsold items must be picked up within 14 days. Items left over 14 days are considered abandoned and will be considered property of CORNELL AUCTIONS.
This isolated provision is not a complete consignment agreement. Contact Cornell to request the current written agreement before consigning. The complete agreement remains to be supplied and approved.
